Allison is an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Commercial Litigation and Appellate law. She has been licensed to practice in the State of Nevada for 15 years, and is additionally licensed to practice in the State of California.
Ms. Schmidt began her legal career as Extern to the Honorable Michael Cherry, Eighth Judicial District Court, and later practiced as a student-attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Nevada. Ms. Schmidt has litigated multiple trials to verdicts, prosecuted and defended class action and multi-district litigation matters. Additionally, Ms. Schmidt has handled hundreds of appeals, including presentation of oral arguments before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Schmidt obtained her B.S., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas – William S. Boyd School of Law. Ms. Schmidt has been named both a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Nevada’s Legal Elite by NV Business Magazine for multiple years.
