Amy E. Shogren joined Black & Wadhams as Director of Government Relations providing ongoing monitoring and analysis of proposed legislation, emerging issues and trends while representing clients before the Nevada Legislature and other entities. In this role, she is also a lobbyist for clients helping to develop legislative priorities and political strategies.
Ms. Shogren has nearly 20 years of experience in the Nevada business community focusing on advocacy, corporate communications and strategic planning for public and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Black & Wadhams, she was the Director of Communications & Administration for the Nevada Hospital Association, handled corporate marketing for EMPLOYERS insurance and managed marketing communications for a variety of areas at Renown Health, an integrated healthcare network.
