Allison Schmidt is an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Banking Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Appellate law. She has been licensed to practice in Nevada since 2007 and is additionally licensed to practice in California. She has participated in over 700 foreclosure mediations.
Ms. Schmidt began her legal career as extern to the Honorable Michael Cherry, Eighth Judicial District Court in 2004, and later practiced as a student-attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Nevada. Ms. Schmidt has litigated multiple trials to verdicts, prosecuted and defended class action and multi-district litigation matters. Additionally, Ms. Schmidt has handled numerous of appeals, including presentation of oral arguments before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
