Black & Wadhams’ General Counsel Program is a flat-rate, subscription-based program that allows business clients to consult with lawyers and immediately address business and financial concerns. The program gives participating business owners financial peace of mind by avoiding financial legal traps and unanticipated legal fees.
Clients receive a customized monthly package of legal service hours to fit their needs with packages starting as low as three hours per month with unused hours rolling forward for a limited time.
For services not included in the General Counsel Program, participating clients, as well their immediate family and employees, will receive 20% off standard legal service rates.
