June 2011 Home Prices Nearly 7% Lower Than June 2010
Corelogic’s most recent home value report found that June 2011 US home values are an average of nearly 7% lower than those of June 2010. Nevada suffered the highest annual depreciation – an appalling 12.4% decrease in home prices since June 2010. Tisha Black Chernine, Esq.
