After a strategic foreclosure from a house under my husbands name, would I be able to purchase and pay for a house in cash that has been gifted from family? How soon after foreclosure could this purchase be made safely?
Since this is a community property state, can the bank (either 1st or 2nd mortgage) come after me or our childrens college savings accounts?
How long could a 1st or 2nd mortgage bank come after him or I for deficiency or breach of contract? What are the chances currently?
