My nephew’s bank account, which was open only 1 month ago, was closed without giving him any explanations. When a bank representative was questioned about the manner, the only thing they said was he had to wait 3-5 days for the letter explaining what happened. When the account was opened they the representative filled in the wrong name. They sent him an ATM card with the incorrect name, after 2 weeks. He never recieved his new card before they closed it without his knowledge.
