Rusty Graf, is an AV-Preeminent rated attorney, the highest and most prestigious peer review rating from the industry trusted Martindale-Hubbel who handles Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, and Construction related matters. Mr. Graf brings more than 20 years of experience to Black & LoBello and has experience in State, Federal and Administrative Courts in the State of Nevada. Prior to joining Black & LoBello, Mr. Graf was founding partner for FeldmanGraf, P.C., where he practiced in the areas of Construction Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Bad Faith Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation.
Carlia S. Waite, brings more than a decade of experience in handling all matters of divorce, child custody, child support, and guardianship. When it comes to representing her clients, Ms. Waite is patient, genuine, aggressive (when needed), and has all the right traits you would want when hiring a family law attorney. Ms. Waite graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Missouri State University in 1995. She earned her Master’s degree in social work in 1998. In 2003 Carlia earned her law degree from William S. Boyd School of Law.
