Howlett was born and raised in Las Vegas and is licensed to practice law in Nevada and New York. With a robust practice, she has worked with public and private entities focusing on corporate and business transactions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, conversions and debt and equity financing. She has also worked with commercial real estate clients and advised and represented clients in probate, elder law, guardianship and various trust administration matters.

Howlett received her Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and her undergraduate degree in Religion and Economics from Duke University.
