LAS VEGAS, NV (July 15, 2015) – Recently Super Lawyers recognized its 2015 Mountain States Super Lawyers, among the list were Black & LoBello’s own, Max Couvillier III and Todd Kennedy for business litigation.
Max currently is the Chair of the Commercial Litigation Department at Black & LoBello. Prior to joining Back & LoBello, Max was a Shareholder/Partner at Lionel Sawyer & Collins. Max’s practice focuses on commercial matters, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, class actions, real estate and appeals. This is Max second consecutive year making the list, 2014-2015
Todd also joins Black & LoBello from Lionel Sawyer & Collins, where he was a Shareholder/Partner. Todd specializes in commercial litigation, including contracts, products liability, corporate governance/shareholder disputes, and anti-trust litigation. This is Todd’s fourth appearance on the list, 2008, 2013-2015.
